Penny Glen Service Group, Inc. Happiness Pledge
The Penny Glen Service Group Inc. Happiness Pledge is part of these Terms of Services and incorporated by reference. Service Pros determine what categories they are qualified to task in and scope the task directly with their Client. Penny Glen Service Group Inc. does not oversee, monitor or direct how a Service Pro(s) performs a task and does not monitor tasks or chat threads between Users. Clients are advised to confirm with their Service Pro that, their Service Service Pro is qualified to perform the task prior to the task taking place. Accordingly, Company is not liable for the acts or omissions of Users and the Penny Glen Service Group Happiness Pledge in no way contradicts that premise. That said, Penny Glen Service Group Inc. wants users to be happy about their experience using the Penny Glen Service Group and the Happiness Pledge is in place to encourage continued use of the Penny Glen Service Group network of services.
The Penny Glen Service Group Happiness Pledge provides protection for up to (a) USD 1,000,000 in damages arising from (i) property damage to clients or third parties arising directly from a service pro's negligence in performance of a Task through the Penny Glen Service Group and (ii) bodily injury to other Users or third parties arising directly from a service pros negligence in the performance of a service through the Penny Glen Service Group and (b) USD 10,000 per occurrence from theft of a client or third party’s property by a service pro during performance of a task through the Penny Glen Service Group network. These payments are subject to certain conditions, limitations and exclusions, as described in the penny glen service group happiness pledge. Additionally, if a client hires a licensed service pro through the Penny Glen Service Group network that licensed service pro's insurance shall be primary to any claim filed related to services provided by that licensed service pro and penny glen service group, inc. will provide contact information for that licensed pro or re-open any closed chat threads, upon a client’s request.
